All photographs on this website are the exclusive property of DiscoApe Creative and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Visitors are welcome to:

  • View, download, and share images for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Share images on personal social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) without sponsorships, brand endorsements, or paid promotions.

  • Print images for private albums, personal keepsakes, or family archives.

Note for athletes and families: If you're in the photo — you're welcome to use it! Share it, print it, celebrate it. All I ask is that you don't crop out the watermark (if present) and you give credit where it's due.

Important: Photos may not be uploaded to school websites, yearbooks, sports team pages, newsletters, or any organization-run media without express written permission. (I've never said no. I'm easy. Just ask.)

Institutional, organizational, promotional, or media use must be requested and approved by DiscoApe Creative in advance.

When sharing DiscoApe Creative images, proper credit is required.

WATERMARKS & BRANDING

Do not remove, crop out, or obscure any DiscoApe Creative watermark or logo. Watermarked images are intentionally branded — if you need a clean version for approved use, just ask.

COMMERCIAL USE PROHIBITED

The following activities are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from DiscoApe Creative:

  • Selling, licensing, or redistributing any images

  • Using images in advertising, promotional materials, websites, or broadcast media

  • Using images for sponsorships, brand partnerships, or monetized social platforms

ATHLETE PROTECTION

Images may not be used to mock, harass, bully, or misrepresent any athlete, coach, official, or participant. This will NOT be tolerated on any level.

ENFORCEMENT

Unauthorized use of any images may result in civil and criminal penalties under Title 17 of the United States Code and applicable intellectual property laws.
